Tsaop d087a181f6 Applications 24.05.0 (#9) ...

This updates applications to 24.05.0

Important: spectacle now needs opencv, so I added the port and relevant dependencies (imath / openexr).
Also, spectacle will not build due to the usage of std::format, which, if I understand correctly, should be implemented starting from gcc 13, but I updated the Pkgfile nonetheless.
