Updated Pkgfile, read comment for details
...
- enables python support. Since python is in core, I see no reason to
not enable it by default.
- enabled plugins
- cleaned up the "cleaning up" part of the Pkgfile
- now supplies our bug tracker URL, people should report issues there
first
