Important changes to the port:
* enabled support for libusb as the backend for usb printers
instead of the usblp kernel-module
Note:
unfortunately libusb cannot access the printer if the usblp
module is inserted. Blacklist the usblp kernel module or
build a new kernel with usblp disabled.
* enabled support for tcp_wrappers and dbus
