README for cdrkit 1.x

REQUIREMENTS

PRE-INSTALL
1. Remove cdrtools. Cdrkit and cdrtools can not coexist.

POST-INSTALL

PRECAUTION
Since this port doesn't (at least currently) provide any compatibility
symlinks, you need to export MKISOFS=genisoimage to use dvd+rw-tools.
