PRE-INSTALL
   Create a user/group dovecot with a unused id < 99:
   'groupadd -g 26 dovecot'
   'useradd -g dovecot -u 26 -d /var/run/dovecot -s /bin/false dovecot'
   'passwd -l dovecot'
