REQUIREMENTS
Enable quota support in your kernel.
CONFIG_QUOTA=y
CONFIG_QFMT_V2=y
CONFIG_QUOTACTL=y

PRE-INSTALL

POST-INSTALL
You'll probably want to adjust warnquota.conf if you plan to mail users about
ther quota status.
