    Note, that updating major versions of icu (in y.z changing y)
    requires rebuilding ports like: texlive, harfbuzz-icu, qtwebkit, 
    and boost, as they depend on this port.

    Have revdep(1) point out potential candidates for rebuilds after the icu
    update.
