	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/init-first.c: Remove extra __sysctl
	prototype.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/dl-osinfo.h: Likewise.

	* include/sys/sysctl.h: New.

	* stdlib/Makefile ($(objpfx)isomac.out): Also pass sysincludes to
	isomac.
