0ac5ae2335 Optimize libm 
libm is now somewhat integrated with gcc's -ffinite-math-only option
and lots of the wrapper functions have been optimized.

02d46fc4b9 Simplify malloc initialization 
Singificantly reduce the code needed at malloc initialization.  In
the process getpagesize is simplified by always initializing
GLRO(dl_pagesize).
