Mark internal netlink functions with attribute_hidden to allow direct
access within libc.so and libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	attribute_hidden.
	(__netlink_close): Likewise.
	(__netlink_free_handle): Likewise.
	(__netlink_request): Likewise.
