Carlos O'Donell 25f991b858 Remove hppa linuxthreads support. ...

We now require NPTL and TLS to build glibc therefore
the hppa linuxthreads support is no longer needed.
Debian has already transitioned to NPTL support and
we will continue to work out NPTL issues.
