	values != -1 for _LIBC.  Use extend_alloca to reallocate alloca'ed
	buffers.

	_SC_GETPW_R_SIZE_MAX and _SC_GETGR_R_SIZE_MAX.
	* sysdeps/posix/sysconf.c: Likewise.
