	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/xstatconv.c (xstat64_conv): Don't initialize
	__pad1 if _NO_LFS___PAD1 is defined.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/stat.h: Remove __pad1 from stat64
	definition.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/types.h: Change __ino64_t to 64 bits.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/types.h: Likewise.
