	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/aarch64/cpu-features.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/aarch64/dl-procinfo.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/aarch64/libc-start.c: Likewise.
