Fix for issue https://github.com/chrippa/livestreamer/issues/1478
For twitch.tv to work you need to add:
--http-header Client-ID=jzkbprff40iqj646a697cyrvl0zt2m6
Or you can add this to the configuration file:
~/.config/livestreamer/config
http-header Client-ID=jzkbprff40iqj646a697cyrvl0zt2m6
